Unk! now- All artists (bands, musicians, etc.) on this site have to declare explicitly that the audio tracks they upload are free of rights, and that the band is not a member of an author rights management association such as SABAM (Roth Eleven cannot afford to have to pay reproduction rights).
- Roth Eleven has the right to refuse access to any artist after registration of this artist.
- Uploading tracks is currently free of charge. However, Roth Eleven reserves the right to change this policy at any moment in time. Registered artists will be notified by Roth Eleven in this event.
